Role Overview

Khel Sahayog is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Communication Lead to build strategic collaborations, manage donor relationships, and enhance our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, fundraising, and communications to drive impactful storytelling and corporate engagements.

Key Responsibilities

🏛 Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising

• Identify and develop partnerships with corporates (CSR), NGOs, government bodies, and international organizations.

• Lead grant-writing, proposal development, and fundraising efforts to support Khel Sahayog’s initiatives.

• Negotiate and manage MoUs, agreements, and sponsorships with key stakeholders.

• Strengthen relationships with existing donors and cultivate new funding opportunities.

📢 Communications & Branding

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy across digital, print, and media platforms.

• Oversee the NGO’s website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and campaign storytelling.

• Manage public relations, media outreach, and advocacy efforts to amplify Khel Sahayog’s impact.

• Represent Khel Sahayog at conferences, CSR forums, networking events, and policy discussions.

📊 Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance

• Track impact metrics for partnerships and prepare reports for donors and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with CSR policies, FCRA regulations, and grant funding requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to document success stories and program outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Skills

✔ 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, communications, or corporate engagement.
✔ Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language is a plus).
✔ Experience in grant writing, proposal development, and donor management.
✔ Knowledge of CSR policies, NGO operations, and compliance frameworks (FCRA, Companies Act, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in digital marketing, PR, and brand strategy.

Preferred Experience

✅ Prior experience in an NGO, social enterprise, or corporate CSR division.
✅ Strong storytelling and content development skills.
✅ Experience working with government agencies, UN bodies, or international donors is a plus.
